In this role, you will contribute to the mission of delivering innovative desktop solutions in the Contact Center Technologies group. Whether working with engineering team, business stakeholders, or end users, you will drive product strategy and partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the next generation of these desktop solutions. Key Qualifications:
•Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies in an enterprise environment.
•Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
•Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence, translating requirements between business owners and functional technical team.
•Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.
•Work collaboratively with different teams to design and execute on a given technical solution, managing multiple initiatives, and define roadmaps.
•Proven track record of thinking outside the box and exploring new approaches to problem solving.
•A nagging intellectual curiosity and an extreme attention to detail that drives you to self-audit your work, understand complex systems, and push the limits with collaborative solutions.
Description:
Drive the vision, strategy, leadership, and overall success for our Desktop products and platforms in Contact Center Technologies. You will be a Product Manager responsible for a portfolio of products. Collaborate with peers from Engineering, Retail, AppleCare and operations teams to solve complex and challenging problems with efficient and scalable delivery of large scale solutions. Through collaboration, you will define reusable feature-sets with a clear roadmap, affecting thousands of users. You will be responsible for influencing various stakeholders through mock-ups and presentations using industry trends, standards, and key business drivers where applicable. Communication will be critical as the ideal candidate will be able to affectively communicate with executive management, business partners, architects, and other product managers. Work closely with engineering teams to implement and iterate on these new features and enhancements, turning your ideas into code that
lasts. Define, plan, deliver, and own features end-to-end.
Analyze product metrics to measure value, usage and health to plan the evolution of the products for immediate impact and longer term. |
Skills:
|
|
Education:
BS degree or equivalent field with 5+ years experience.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Effectively able to communicate to a global audiences and management teams
Keen eye for detail and stubborn resolve to drive to high quality deliverables
Experience working with and understanding known or new technologies
Preferred experience in developing concepts and mockups
Preferred past development experience with Java and/or Swift
