99 Ranch Market is a leading grocery retail chain looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.This position requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and adaptability to quickly change and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Orange County, but will require some traveling to our grocery stores and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Copyright and assist with graphics and content development for our website and weekly ads.
•Efficient in problem solving and project management
•Assist with the development and execution of website strategies, updates and maintenance.
•Assist with the coordination and production of print and online advertisements
•Assist with the coordination and distribution of press related materials
•Develop and maintain visual presentation aids
•Manage promotional material quotes and production
•Research and evaluate future marketing opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
•2 year experience in Marketing
•Fluency in English, Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop
•Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and HTML preferred
•Willing to travel and work on weekends at food shows or marketing events as needed.
SKILLS
•Detail oriented with strong communication, organizational and follow-up skills
•Ability to interact with multiple departments and multi-task with ease
