99 Ranch Market is growing in the Texas Region! We are looking for a Master Baker to join our team.
The Master Baker will be responsible for planning and supervising the production of our store bakeries. They will oversee the operations, and staff within our Texas Region locations.
The responsibilities are but not limited to the following:
• Manages and supervises production lines, personnel, and baking facility issues.
• Responsible for ensuring employee productivity, facility safety, and maintenance activities while working in conjunction with bakery supervisors
• Monitors, exceeds, and maintains production standards for efficiency, material waste and quality control for all Texas store locations.
• Is responsible to ensure that SOP's are being followed correctly by each store on a day to day basis.

Skills:

|
Qualifications:
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• 4 years of baking production required/ Asian style baking is a plus+
• Computer skills in report generation and Microsoft applications required.
• Bilingual skills (English/Chinese/Spanish) preferred.
• Quality decision making, planning, and leadership skills required. |
