Customer Relations/Phone Sales Representative

Torrance, CA
The phone sales representative person is responsible for nutritional health food supplement sales and customer service to our Mandarin-speaking customer base. This position is full-time inbound/outbound phone sales.
COMPENSATION:
Base hourly rate plus ability to earn incentives (up to $300/month after introductory period and training)

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
• Fluency in BOTH English and Mandarin (must be proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in both languages)
• Strong phone sales skills
• Previous call center / phone sales experience
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
• Customer retention experience
• Strong data entry and computer skills while selling on phones
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to problem-solve with customers over the phone
• Must be able to adhere to a script (and follow food and medical terminology guidelines)
• Extreme attention to detail |
