As a part of the Americas Sales Support Operations team, your job will be to provide exceptional customer service support and related activities for Apple’s Education, C2C, Enterprise, Government, and/or Reseller customers. You are detail oriented, able to self manage all daily activities as it relates to assigned accounts, and communicate information effectively for all pre and post sale issues. You will interact directly with customers and work cross-functionally with Customer Support Account Managers, Accounts Receivable, Logistics, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment and sales support cycle.

This role is located on our campus in Austin, Texas.

Description:
You will be responsible for supporting and leading the end-to-end order fulfillment process including order entry, order management, RMA processing, Billing Adjustment Requests, SEMS management, and monitoring order cycle time. Support of these accounts includes, but is not limited to: data entry, order status, analyzing data, problem order resolution, billing inquiries and resolution, returns, shipment tracking, backlog management, and creative problem solving. You must be able to retain information quickly to gain a substantial understanding of the job and apply this knowledge/skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
