Our continued growth has created a need for a full-time AR/Credit Supervisor to support our San Ramon based US Sales Division office.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee customer collections in adherence to companys credit terms
Review and approve customer credit applications
Maintain customer credit accounts and files
Evaluate collection policies and procedures to ensure successful collection of delinquent accounts
Prepare weekly collections reports for management
Work with Accounting Manager to determine uncollectable accounts
Identify delinquent accounts requiring legal collection efforts
Maintain regular communications with Sales Department regarding customer status and collectability of outstanding accounts
Ensure compliance to federal, state and local collection laws
Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
5-7 years consumer finance field
Excellent consumer service skills
Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and on a professional level
Results oriented, organized, highly motivated and detailed
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Bilingual preferred: English/Mandarin.
