ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR, TENURE TRACK AND DIRECTOR OF EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

Kalmanovitz School of Education
The Kalmanovitz School of Education (KSOE) invites applications and nominations for a tenure track faculty position at either the Associate Professor/Professor level. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the Educational Leadership Programs, which include a Tier 1 Preliminary Administrative Credential, a Masters degree and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Earned Doctorate in educational leadership/administration or a related area.
Excellent teaching skills; evidence of scholarly achievement and professional accomplishment commensurate with the rank of Associate Professor/Professor, along with service to the profession.
Successful experience as a K-12 administrator, preferably in California.
Knowledge of current program models in the field of educational leadership.
Experience with strategic planning and curriculum development.
Familiarity with California Standards for the Tier I Preliminary Administrative Services Credential, the California Accreditation system, and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and culturally diverse campus environment.
Commitment to the mission of Saint Mary's College of California and its Catholic, Lasallian and Liberal Arts Traditions.
Salary and benefits are competitive and subject to the availability of funding sources. Rank and placement will be determined by qualifications and prior experience.
