Skills and Requirements:
* 3-5 years customer service experience
* Strong and accurate data entry and typing skills
* Familiarity with the MAS 90 system
* Excellent organizational ability
* Highly effective written and verbal communications skills
* Must be fluent in English and Chinese. Additional fluency in Japanese desired.
Salary up to $35,000 annually, depending on experience. Excellent benefit package to include vacation, medical, dental and 401(k).
