Exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Case Worker in our new Community Recovery Program in Quincy!
Manage a caseload of clients with severe and persistent mental illness who live in the community and play an intricate role in improving their quality of life!
Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement an Individualized Action Plan
Oversee medication and fiscal management
Serve as primary liaison for service providers, family, and guardians
Take a lead role in risk and crisis management plans and interventions
Alternate on-call responsibilities for the program
Successful candidate has knowledge and experience in recovery based services and treatment planning. In addition, requires at least one year of Human Services related experience. Excellent writing and time management skills are essential. BA/BS in psychology or related field preferred. Access to personal vehicle for consumer transportation is needed.
BI-LINGUAL IN ENGLISH/CANTONESE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
