About the role:
Owing to huge demand and growth in the gaming industry we now want to hire English speaking people from around the world who would love the opportunity to work in Europe.
We are seeking a dynamic and playful colleague to join our team as a game presenter.
In this role, you will present live games to our online customers entertaining thousands of players.
As well as a great salary package, you will be provided with free accommodation indefinitely, your utility bills will be covered, your relocation including flights will be arranged by us and your working permit will all be arranged.
What you will be doing:
• To be “the face” of the company delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality.
• Present and lead online streaming games to engage and entertain players.
• To present all games in the required professional manner, always showcasing exceptional presenting skills in line with the company performance expectations.
• Inform players about the rules of the game and provide guidance as needed.
• To have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
What makes you a strong candidate:
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Good presenting skills.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personality.
• Must be able to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games that require a more animated performance.
• Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to a 24/7 service pattern.
• Must be reliable and have good attendance and timekeeping records.
• Attention to details and excellent people skills are essential as this is a customer facing role.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline, and discretion.
• The ability to engage players.
• To maintain a professional level of technical proficiency in all games with the ability to remain fully aware of your performance at all times and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Your salary package:
• Competitive salary: Increased salary scheme after the probation period.
• Performance bonus: In addition to your salary, you will also be able to receive up to RON 3,000 net per month in our NEW and improved bonus scheme. You will learn how to work in filming studios, how to present on camera and how to work with our tech.
